Art always gets the job done right in a timely fashion and at a good rate. He does what is necessary doesn’t look for additional expenses.
1987 240 owner. Tried 3 places (including one "Volvo expert") to fix a dangerous stalling issue. Another 240 owner in the neighborhood referred us to Art. We had the car towed over an hour to get it to him and I'm so glad we did. He clearly knows what he's doing. The car hasn't run this well in years. We'll be making the drive back to Art before going to a local shop.
