The first company I will call when I have an insurance claim or need for renovation. I called my insurance company when I noticed a water issue with my floor. Since I did not know who to call I trusted them to provide me with someone who could help me. They did not provide me with Arts. The company they did provide was slow to respond. I would highly recommend Arts Restoration. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Shawn, the owner, is a great leader and it shows in his team. Jonathan, the head project manager, was excellent, knowledgeable, caring, and very responsive to emails and calls. He kept the project on track and coordinated the trades efficiently. We chose Art's Drywall at the recommendation of a friend. They were a bit pricier than some other quotes we received, but we liked that they coordinated all services - drywall and electrical, etc. They fixed some ceiling issues, put in pot lights and then textured the ceilings. My dad was a drywaller, so I knew the mess that would inevitably ensue and was not really looking forward to the process.
