Arts is the best! Great hair cut every time! Go see Tony, you won't be disappointed! Update: Arts hasn't changed. Still a great place to get a haircut!
Great place for a hair cut! Tony does a great job! Cheaper than most barbers too. I've been going there for several years. It's a small shop with a couple of chairs, but with 2 barbers there, there's usually not a long wait.
