HORRIBLE SERVICE! WHAT A RIP OFF! We got work done only to have the same problems going on with our car not even a week later. We went back for them to look at the car again and were told we'd be charged an $89 diagnostic charge even though it was the SAME issue we had originally gone there for! I wanted to comment on the professional ,courteous and affordable service Art's Automotive delivers. I felt very comfortable with everything from the night drop box and leaving my vehicles after hours to the mechanic that serviced my Kawasaki Ninja. The staff is very knowledgable and honest. These things are extremely important to a single mother. Trust is very important,and that is what the consumer will find at this facility. This is an excellent, trustworthy business. I have been taking my car here and they do not try to sell you services you don't need and they are very affordable. I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive from Arts!
