They are very busy. When I arrived for my appointment, they at first said that they would not do my undercoat because it's a rainy day. What? I made the appointment several days ago and had to drive 2 hours in bad traffic to get there, so I called from home first to be sure it was still ok to apply undercoat on a wet day. The guy who answered said it was perfectly ok, so I made the trip. Highly recommend the body shop. Crashed my 2018 truck a day after buying it �. The shop fixed it and it looked like new. Nobody can tell it was crashed before. Didnt have to call to check on the status. I would get daily calls/voicemails on progress of the repairs. The manager Veronica was very polite, making everything clear and simple.
