A lot of talk got bad things to say about this store when this is one of my favorite places to go to I don’t go anywhere else my first experience was amazing in there and she was very welcoming that place is very cleaned up now very well taken care of no weave is on the ground it’s not like a hoarding house in there anymore. She’s very welcoming to me I love her so much for anyone else who doesn’t want good costumer services do not come here 👌bless this lady I love supporting her business.
Walked in with my daughter today, she was looking for Freetress hair. We didn't realize there were new owners. The woman there was not welcoming and even though she didn't speak I complimented how it smelled nice in there and asked her if they were a salon as well. She just said mmmmhmmm. No elaboration on anything, very dry and standoffish. As a new customer walking in I would think they would be excited. I love supporting small businesses but that was not a good experience. The store is clean and the worker was nice. HOWEVER, she was on the phone (on speaker) the entire time I was in there and didn’t ask if I needed help finding anything specific (which I did). Also, I felt like the store was a little on the empty side. Not enough of a selection.
The interior is immaculate and smells amazing. The young woman who tended to me was quick to help me find what I needed and was so polite - will definitely be returning :)
I have been going to this place for over 20 years and when I met the new owner of the establishment, I must say I was very impressed and proud of the owner. She is very kind with a great personality and her store is beautiful on the inside. I love that she has a free photo booth in there to use if you are going somewhere and want to stop and take pictures right quick. She also has some very unique items in there. Check her out, you won't be disappointed.
