I completed a GC journey with ART in 2020. They were great to work with, always quick to answer my questions, very friendly. I had zero issues and my journey was very smooth! I would be working with them for my 2nd journey, but when I began to re-apply in 2022, they basically didn't want to work with me unless I was covid vaccinated, which I will not do. I understand and respect their views, so I moved on. :)
On the surface, choosing Artparenting may seem like a good choice, but we had an unsafe and stressful journey with the agency. They have little to no case management so when the surrogate the agency found stopped following doctor's orders and even stopped responding to our calls/emails, Meryl and her team were useless. Their surrogate recruitment and screening is poor, but most importantly, you end up doing most of the case management throughout the experience. My son was born prematurely and in the NICU as a result.
No responses after few inquiries. Very unprofessional.
We are intended parents. We saw a lot of good reviews here so we decided to give it a try. I sent 2 inquiries through website and 1 email to Meryl, however we got no response at all. Disappointed.
Meryl is the best. Professional, responsive, and affordable. Q: You know what we call the people we've referred to her over the years? A: "Parents"
