terrible customer relations, does not follow through with filing architects plans with city as contractually agreed, circumvents required change of use processes to allow non compliant conditions to be permitted. Signs contracts for work not actually representing real address, scope of work, does not pay contract after rendered services are provided

We are so pleased with the help we have gotten from Artner West. In 2018 our 36K+ sqft building became vacant, and Artner West was referred to us by our brokers for the rehab. Artner West was key to our negotiations with the outgoing tenant with prompt proposals and competitive bids.
