Always wonderful service and fantastic staff. Prices are very standard for the type of service and the staff really elevate the overall experience. Facility is clean and staff are very hygienic. I’ve never felt pressured to get something done or upsold. They’ll listen to your concerns and give you honest advice.
Incredibly rude receptionists (especially Sarah) who keep making scheduling errors without ever apologizing even once. I was scheduled to get filler and I went in two different times due to scheduling issues and still didn’t get any treatment, they just kept sending me back. The nurses are very polite but the front desk is super rude and didn’t even say sorry once but kept making these mistakes for such a simple procedure. It's my 2nd time going to ArtMed. Great facility; very professional and the staff friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend ArtMed for laser treatments etc.
Big shoutout to Vanessa Vuong for my Botox/Xeomin treatment this month! In this last session we addressed an area of my face that released chronic tightness in my neck/back. I walk taller and sleep better! Thank you Vanessa for your expertise and thank you ArtMed for your welcoming and cheery environment!
