Went to book an estimate online on Saturday and got a call within 5 minutes for a estimate on Father's Day on Sunday. Got a call at 9:00 saying that they were going to be an hour late so we rescheduled as we had plans for Father's Day for Monday at 9:00. It's 9:43 they have not called or showed up all other contractors arrived early or on time will be going with another contractor who respects our time and offers communication.
Horrible experience. Started out fine enough but after initial service, things went downhill. For starters, I never got the itemized receipt I requested. Second, they were supposed to come back and lay down sod where they had dug up my lawn. They never did. I repeatedly texted them and they were either non responsive or full of excuses. They came in, they were very knowledgeable and professional. They knocked the job out in no time and did an awesome job and it didn't break the bank. I'll definitely be calling them back for all my future needs. Two thumbs up. Great job guys!
