Avoid.. new company name Avni Renewables. old company wound up due to "insert reason"
**Avoid**. Appalling after care services. I've been waiting over 6 months for them to rectify a wiring problem they made and carry out a service. They don't return any messages left. Seems they have taken on too much new business and their install base suffers.
Never pick up the phone.
Spamming my area with posters advertising unwanted heat pumps. High pressure sales tactics used. Nobody really wants heat pumps but people are being pressured and lied to, to get them to accept them. Fake reviews by "local guides" are being left for this company. Bad company and bad product.
Thank you for fixing the installation, very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
