Review of Dr. Babcock's Practice: I recently had a telehealth appointment with Dr. Babcock in June 2024. Dr. Babcock is a great doctor. Very warm person. No complaints about the medical services. However, as to the office administration, great improvement is needed. Office staff do NOT answer the phone, do NOT return voicemail inquiries, and do NOT respond to email. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone. There is evidently a patient portal wherein you can email Dr. Babcock directly. But the link to the portal is NOT listed on the Artius website. It's a shame.

Dr Babcock has helped me recover from a number of health issues and she always is very thorough in testing and suggests ways to improve without over medicating you

Dr. Babcock is extremely knowledgeable and is thorough in her exam and evaluation. She is professional and has great bedside manner. Michelle is also an excellent nurse and does painless IV's. I am thankful for Dr. Babcock and her team of professionals.
