Coolest office manager I've ever met. Totally fixed all these admin issues everyone was complaining about. Honestly just leaving 5 stars because the office manager is so cool. Too cool some might even say, very knowledgable regarding billing also.
I would not recommend this place at all.
Review of Dr. Babcock's Practice: I recently had a telehealth appointment with Dr. Babcock in June 2024. While the medical consultation itself was satisfactory, I've encountered significant "challenges" with the practice's administrative processes. 1) Billing and Insurance Issues: There was a mistake in processing my insurance information, resulting in an incorrect bill. Dr. Babcock is a great doctor. Very warm person. No complaints about the medical services. However, as to the office administration, great improvement is needed. Office staff do NOT answer the phone, do NOT return voicemail inquiries, and do NOT respond to email. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone. There is evidently a patient portal wherein you can email Dr. Babcock directly. But the link to the portal is NOT listed on the Artius website. It's a shame.
