I booked one initial appointment for my son but contacted the provider three days in advance to cancel after finding a more suitable service. Despite cancelling, I was invoiced for that appointment, as well as three additional follow-up appointments that I did not request or agree to. I raised this with my plan manager, who reviewed the invoices and cancelled the claims as they were not authorised. My son has never attended this clinic. I do not recommend this company the reception is very rude and he talks to you like you are getting psychologist session he doesn't listen to you when I try explain very aggrant. Amount of money my son was paying out of his package is unbelievable. They kept changing my sons psychologist people not good enough.
This place is horrible the receptionist was so rude they lied to us for an excuse to do a report to charge us thousands and threatened legal action and threatened that we would pay for their legal costs they tried to charge us for an appointment that we didn't even do and we gave a weeks notice to cancel it, they only care about getting as much money from you as they can when you decide to leave. I would not suggest anyone to go to Artius.
Wouldn't use purely based of a rude arrogant receptionist claiming they are a manager and when asking for a manager continue to refuse. After looking at other reviews it also clear its not the first time issues have been by this company. And calling me threatening me with legal action. For the stating the truth.
I highly recommend Artius. I found I was able to get an appointment easily and I found admin gave us options to help get a diagnosis for my son. Keith has been a great asset in observing my son and completing a report which aided in a diagnosis for my son. I would highly recommend Artius and I will continue with them to get the help my son needs.
