We called on Monday to ask about having 3 shirts embroidered that we needed by Friday. We are a 9 year customer of Artist Needle. We were told that it was fine and bring the shirts over. We brought the shirts over on the same day. Thursday they left a voicemail (which we did not get because we were getting ready for a trade show) saying that they were not going to embroider our shirts and we could come by to pick them up.
