We’ve been very happy with their service. The gentleman who services our pool even taught me how to empty my pool out the morning of our big hurricane last year. He came out, especially to help. Great service!!
I was a client of the previous pool company for about 12 years then Artistry Pools took over. They charged me for work that wasn’t done correctly then raised the monthly maintenance $50 without alerting me to this change. Shortly after trying to work this out with the owner, I canceled my service but they continued to bill my CC on file. I had to dispute the charges & call the owner. Since they billed for a month in advance (I wasn’t aware of this) I didn’t dispute enough of the charges & ended up paying for an extra month. ... read more
Service had been terrific until they changed service guys. The guy is scheduled for weekly service but only makes it around once per month. Ridiculous. I've cancelled service we will use another company. Don't use Artistry!!!!
