10/10! Artistry New Moon/Joscelyn has always been my hair stylist for years. She always goes above and beyond when it comes to her professionalism and care for her clients. I've seen Joscelyn for the past three years now and I can't rave enough about her and how well she cuts and colors hair. It took me forever to find a good hair stylist around the Pasadena area who cares about your hair and has a genuine connection with you. She takes care of your hair and works magic with it.
