Do not order from this place. I put in an order, they had my contact information and never delivered the flowers. I called at the time they were supposed to be delivered the woman didn’t even have the flowers I asked for or any idea of my order. The worst customer service and experience. Do not order from here. Do NOT Do it to yourself, completely horrible experience. I was charged $175 for a $10 bouquet of flowers, the worst possible customer service you can imagine. I wish I was exaggerating. Complete rip offs. I want to edit and update this review the owner made a response to this review 39 mins ago after a more than a year later. Not only was their service horrible......they lie, thru DID NOT ISSUE ME ANY SORT OF REFUND NOR DID THEY REMEDY THE PROBLEM. I was calling on Mother’s Day to try and find out about a corsage, they gave me a way over priced quote and when I called back to find out if there was anything cheaper, the man on the other end said no and hung up on me. Edit: I see that the customer service hasn’t changed. Lying about giving out refunds won’t get you anywhere especially when you didn’t get it right in the first place. And yes, I didn’t order with you. Why would I ever order from you with such horrible customer service that everyone keeps complaining about?... read more
