Ultimately, our service with Artisty by Delilah left much to be desired. They kindly booked us a little over a month out from my wedding, which was much appreciated, for a party of 3 bridesmaids and a bride, hair and makeup on site. The two-person team arrived 30+ minutes late, without any notice, yet called me hours earlier at 7:40am that morning to confirm my room number.
