I asked for a very light, natural makeup look with my freckles still visible, but the final result was much heavier than I requested, and I ended up removing some of the makeup before the event. I also felt my preferences and questions weren’t taken seriously during the appointment, which made the experience uncomfortable. I appreciate the time spent, but unfortunately the service didn’t match my expectations.
