Jaycee was very helpful when helping me look for an apartment. Ultimately didn’t go with this property but that is of no fault to the onsite staff at Phillips Creek Ranch. Would definitely be a great for people to live at.
Loud Music, Subwoofers, Neighbors smoke pot everyday. Management is cool with it. Avoid this place if you’re an adult with a career or children
Please do not rent here! This property sucks and you pay for amenities that are useless. It would be nice to have a “Business Center” that has a printer. But no, not here at Cortland Phillips Creek….I needed to print out assignments, (late at night or even early in the morning) but was unable to. So I messaged the leasing office to ask where’s the printer. To be told that we have TWO business centers (separate buildings) , but we only share 1 printer, and the other business center that has the the actual printer is closed fo... read more
