I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone unless it’s their absolute last resort. The appliances are outdated and constantly require service requests just to keep them functioning. I’m exhausted from repeatedly calling to get things fixed. On top of that, there have been at least three reported thefts in recent months. Pros: close to 423 road and shopping
I didn't end up getting an apartment at Cortland Phillips Creek Ranch, but I had such an amazing experience with Samantha in the leasing office that I had to write a review. I was pretty specific about what I was looking for, and even though nothing was available at the time, she was incredibly dedicated to helping me. The leasing staff at this community are extremely unhelpful , they seriously lacking in professionalism. None of the staff know the complete details , which is fine but they are extremely bad in sharing details or giving timely updates. Different associates give different answers to same questions including the manager. If you want to get something done , they do not follow up on the ask and take it to closure , you have to physically go to leasing office and bug them multiple times yet there will be no progress. I will never recommend this place to anyone. If you try to hold them to their standards about noise, issues, and complaints with proof they ignore you. I have yet to talk to a manager after sending a 30 min video with proof of issues and a 10 page document. Nope they expect rent in return for poor resolutions and low level standards of living. This is a place I'd definitely run from if you have any standards. Full of dog poop on residents patios on the 1st floors, constant barking, noisy, and old appliances.
I have been a resident of this apartment complex for over three years. However, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the unprofessional and irresponsible conduct of the leasing office staff. In December 2024, I referred a friend to this apartment community, and they successfully moved in.
