I will never recommend this place to anyone. If you try to hold them to their standards about noise, issues, and complaints with proof they ignore you. I have yet to talk to a manager after sending a 30 min video with proof of issues and a 10 page document. Nope they expect rent in return for poor resolutions and low level standards of living. This is a place I'd definitely run from if you have any standards. Full of dog poop on residents patios on the 1st floors, constant barking, noisy, and old appliances.
I have been a resident of this apartment complex for over three years. However, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the unprofessional and irresponsible conduct of the leasing office staff. In December 2024, I referred a friend to this apartment community, and they successfully moved in. There are several security incidents happened in the community from last couple of months. There is no action from management even after repeated complaints. @Managment - please install security cameras.
Community is well maintained. Prompt and quick response to your requests . Like the maintenance team ( Alex ) here . Got much needed help from Chris in cleaning our patio . It's been 2 months since I moved, I like this apartment community. Latest update on Security June , 2025 : Been seeing an increase in burglary lately , management do not want to install any security cameras and putting residents at risk.
Multiple burglary incidents (building 17, building 1, building 15) reported in this community and there seems to be growing panic and fear of safety and security. There is no seriousness from management to look into why these incidents are happening and what measures can be taken. Phone calls don’t get answered at all, office is open alternate days and no manager in charge available in person.
