Exceptional products!!!!! Enjoying all the pleasures of previously living in Italy throught all the wonderful Italian things to purchase!!! Super fast shipping and much care given to protect shipped items!!!
The products and service at Artistica are wonderful. The ceramics are beautiful. They arrive well packed and always arrive safely at my home. I ordered some plates at their outlet store and ordered the last 8 they had. I got an email from Marco, the owner, the next day apologizing that he was unable to ship my order. Due to an inventory issue, they were actually out of my plates. He proposed a different plate which was a wonderful second choice. He was willing to do that even though it cost him a $330 markdown. Extremely happy with the communication I received from Artistica and with the quality of their products. I have been to Deruta and there is no place on earth like it. My spoon rest takes me back there every time I look at it. Lovely!
Absolutely OVER the prescribed item. Hand painted, unique items. A "bazillion" percent. I'm a critical, type-A personality. What you order will totally fulfill your Italian ceramic desires from your home. It's as if you travelled to Umbria and visited a ceramic factory. I had ceramics from 40 years ago, that needed to be replaced. The new items are BETTER than my cherished history! Dr. Arleen Rita (retired, Family Practice Physician)
