Very unethical business practices! We waited around for one month with absolutely no progress, and received nothing but excuses from the contractor. We had an appointment scheduled on several occasions for the contractor to come over and take measurements of our kitchen, which he always rescheduled at the last minute. Then, I receive a message at 4pm in the afternoon that he has time to schedule me in the very next day to take measurements. Unfortunately, I was unavailable this day.
