Presently renovating my home bathroom, I'm a first timer when it comes to renovations so I've been a little nervous. I went to Artistic Stone to find some stone for my tub and bath vanity. We worked with Carlos who is OUTSTANDING, he is patient and so kind. Carlos helped identify the best stone to bring our vision alive. We have had the best experience, I would highly recommend this business for your future renovation needs.
I had a very disappointing experience w/Artistic Stone (AS) in Hillside & would not recommend them based on their lack of follow-through, accountability, and customer service. In Dec, I paid in advance for templating & materials for a small wet bar countertop project in my mother’s home. I selected 2 quartz options that would have worked perfectly for the space. Great experience from them. One of the best place for countertop installation. Proper communication and the coordinatiin from Kay. Proper guidance on how the backsplash part can be installed to cover the gap. Also top notch installation guys and done their job very professionally.
Artistic Stone is truly the best. Carlos supervised the whole process. He is an integral part of the company's reputation and excellence. He is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. He communicated fully and clearly about our options, reasons why some might be preferable, and what would happen at each step of the job. The team at Artistic Stone is absolutely fantastic! They are truly craftsmen and they entire team works so well together from concept to measuring, to installing. They pay SUCH close attention to detail and make sure everything is perfect. They're so easy to work with.
