Called them today with an odd request. We have a fake plant that we were trying to put into a vase but the pot it was cemented into was too large to fit inside the vase so we wanted to extract the plant. Since they have power tools, they were happy to help. We brought it by and they got it out the same day but when it came time to pay, they said it was no charge. Artistic Stone did all the stone fabrication for our home. They provided a comprehensive supplier list for slab selection and purchase and had a wide range of remnants on site for smaller vanities and fireplace surrounds. The team was punctual for every appointment, and when any issues arose, Kay was quick to respond and ensured everything was promptly resolved. We’re very pleased with the quality of their work and professionalism throughout the process, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Artistic Stone to others.
They helped me out with a problem with my existing countertop. Did the job quickly with no damage to any of the surrounding area. Very pleased!
