We worked with Artistic Stairs on our railings for our whole home renovation and absolutely love the finished product. The staff there are amazing and extremely patient, Lucas, Terry and Gary made sure everything was arranged and scheduled to work around our busy trades schedules. 20 years ago Artistic Stairs built this staircase for a renovation in our (unofficial) Heritage Home originally built in 1912. This renovation had lots of challenges, the Artistic Stairs technicians were easy to deal with, the price was reasonable and the results were flawless. It’s as beautiful as the day they installed it, not a squeak or a wobble, it’s still solid as can be! After all this time I’m very glad we chose them. Recommend them 100%.
We chose Artistic Stairs for our renovation project on the recommendation of our general contractor, and their product had an excellent reputation. The sales person was very good and helpful in assisting us. However, work on our project was to be completed in 4 days during the week of February 17. On reviewing the work completed, our general contractor was not satisfied with the quality of installation, and the Artistic supervisor agreed that it requires at least 6 more hours of work.
