I went to Ron. I came in, on time for my appointment. He was eating lunch in the back.... Never said to me 'be w u after or in a minute' Anyway an HOUR later he brings me to his chair & 2 MORE hours later he was finally set up to do my work- which was average. Very arrogant,& S L O W.....Won't go back to him that's for sure.

i just got a tattoo cover up from them yesterday yea i cried like a baby but the guy that was doing mine was very understanding he even said it would hurt he did an amazing jobs and i am already sending people his way shawn is really good and my mother my aunt and my cousin all have gone and we all love it:) they now have a life time customer :) much love to the shop w.washington & s.lynhurst

I have had 2 of my 5 tats done at the W. Washington Street one. The first one I had done was amazing and I really loved the artist. The second time I went, the previous artist I had moved to the Avon one. I was with a group of people and we decided to stay at the washington street one. The artist I had was awful. He was rude and very antisocial. When he did mine, he pushed way to hard on my chest, was digging the needle in, and was just very rude. I made an appt for a week out. When I showed up the artist, Ron, was not there, he took the day off because he said he didn't have any appts that day. So left my name & number for him to call the next day, its been over a week & he still hasn't called...but W Washington location was happy to do my tattoo & take my money.

The North location is the best! Their space is private. They like what they do and they are friendly. No hassles. Forget the Noblesville location. Completely different set of rules. Don't follow posted business hours. (Open until 10:00pm but when you arrive at 8:45pm you will be told winter hours are until 9:00pm and they need more than 15 minutes to pierce your ear). Yup, they rudely turn away 2 customers and required additional documentation which they tell you only after you arrive.

i've been here twice, as a walk in. theyre always so friendly and wonderful. all the artist do amazing work and can do such a wide range of art. every piece is a masterpiece. plus they sold me an awesome naval ring that never falls out/apart. Artistic skin design is the only place i will go any time i want some ink done.

The Noblesville one must be staffed with the most inept people ever. I was turned away after calling to see if I could come in and told to call for an appointment. When I called I was told they didnt do appointments by phone and needed a deposit. I was willing to spend alot of money in the future for good work but if these troglodytes cant even put a pen to paper for an appointment they arent touching me.

I expected to get an unbelievable tattoo for the money I spent...thanks for nothing! Very rude artist (if thats what ya wanna call him) I got way overcharged and had to have another shop fix this mess I paid good money for....Listen, there are way better shops in Indy that will treat you like a person, not a dollar amount, I suggest you go else where, you'll get better work for a better price. BOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! And quit saying that your the most experienced shop in Indy...cause your not
