It's unfortunate that it's not possible to give 0 stars, as that's what this company deserves. After my daughter's botched up tragus piercing, I find it completely unacceptable that I had to deal with an exceptionally rude attitude, complete disregard to follow through on their word to fix said mess up for a reduced fee, followed by a blatant refusal to provide even an apology.
