The owner was friendly but had little knowledge of the techniques used to cut thick hair. She just took very large chunks of hair and cut them, not looking twice to see if they were even. Not only did I leave with very short layers around the entire perimeter of my head, but she stacked the back so much that it looked 100 times thicker than it already was. Great people ! The atmosphere is nice, the service is pretty good. Greatful there is a place close by ,to get my eyebrows done.
