****The new owners are complete frauds**** I recommended Artistic Pools to my neighbor after the original owner did a wonderful job with my swimming pool. Jason Koonce and Caroline Koonce are the new owners and they took their money and have not been heard from since. The office number and both of their cell phone numbers "mailbox is full" for 5 weeks. We posted a good review for TJ at Artistic Pools in January. He was great but has since sold the company. I recently learned that the new owner (Jason) is telling potential customers that his nickname is TJ and the good reviews are his. For this alone I would not recommend doing business with this new owner. Find someone honest.
It was a pleasure working through Danny Burton, Sa of Artistic Pools. He followed the complete resurfacing process from beginning to end. The workers came when expected and completed the job in one day. Danny laid out the process to follow after the pool was filled and he treated the pool after completion as he said he would. He was always available for help.
Originally gave a great review... but since ownership has changed I definitely WOULD NOT recommend using this company!!
great at getting it installed on time. job was pretty good but has several defects. called numerous times to fix but they will not call back. terrible customer service!!!
