Artistic pool did an amazing job on my pool and support anytime I have a question about pool filter , heater anything they are very happy to help me. I would definitely recommend them. My experience has been great.
Our pool is beautiful. So glad we went with a San Juan fiberglass pool. The model we chose is the Luxor, which has interior dimensions of 15 ft wide by 43 ft 7 inches long. Now my parents and sister have/had vinyl lined pools. I got a sales pitch on a vinyl pool from another company, better designs, thicker, they last longer, more friendly to dogs as not as easy to tear with their paws the lining, but nope, now that we have our fiberglass pool, we love the smooth solid feel with the beauty of the gel coating. Great experience with Artistic Pools. We had a pool installed on May 20 and were swimming less than 3 weeks later. Permit process was a little stressful, but everything was completed on time and at the end of it, that’s all that matters. Mike and his crew were great with the install. August was awesome with pool school and helping us learn how to care for the pool. We are so happy with our beautiful pool. Would definitely recommend them!
The process was seamless from the initial consultation to the install, which was mostly completed in a day, aside from the concrete and start up. Very happy with the service and responsiveness with questions after the install even 12 months after the install. Had some difficulty with the filter which ended up being replaced after a couple attempts to correct the issue. The heating / cooling unit was not programmed to cool initially but was resolved once they knew it had not been set up for cooling. All in all, good customer ... read more
