We had Artistic pools install this Clearwater beach fiberglass pool last July. Jenea Peditto was amazing helping us through the permit process. The permit side was pretty straight forward apart from one meetup that had to happen with the township and one of the owners was meant to turn up to meet my township and never did and when I called he said he forgot but I got the feeling he was hoping it would just proceed without him. They are very responsive to emails, texts & calls, and provided all the information and support we needed for a stress free pool install. Top quality products and superior quality installation is what we wanted and that’s what we got. Extremely happy with the experience and the end result!
Everything went exactly the way they told me when we first met and got an estimate on the pool. Once we signed up they gave me a date. I believe the date was six months out from when we signed up. Install date was April 17, 2024. They arrived at 7am and were done by noon. Pool installed and 2 tankers full of water and just needed the filter and heater connected. August is absolutely amazing to trouble shoot any issues you have with your pool post installation. I am a first time pool owner and have been clueless. August will help with knowledge and troubleshoot on nights/weekends- anytime I have trouble. As a full-time working person this is priceless. Without August I don’t know what I would do. He shoots you straight on what products to use and when to use them. Such an amazing support post pool installation! Thank you August!
