From the very beginning Artistic Pools and Waterfalls have been a nightmare to work with. We attempted to contact them for 7 weeks straight, received no replies. Once we did finally get in touch with them their customer service and professionalism is the worst we've seen in all our years. It is no surprise that they have such bad reviews. All their reviews mention how difficult it is to reach them, how slow they are, how bad their service is, how rude they are and how bad their customer service is. Stay AWAY

George and his team built us an amazing hot tub that attached to our existing pool. The project also included new tiles, coping, a pentair system and diamond-brite for the pool and also required working with engineering and the city to gain approval. Our family was very pleased with the end result ( sharing some pictures ) and also very pleased with any follow-up work that was needed post project completion. Would recommend the team at Artistic pool for projects any size and trust their experience in doing this for 30 + year... read more
