We used Artistic Pools also and it was a very frustrating experience from ***/****** not returning phone calls, texts, etc. or them telling me they would come out and look at my issues and never showing up. We were told our pool would be built by the end of 2019 and it didn't get done until the Spring of 2020. They do not care about their customers once they get your money. Our campground has been waiting for over year to have pool completed. Keep giving information we want to hear but now has cost owner more money due to concrete prices raising. Originally said pool would be done memorial day 2021 and memorial day 2022 has came and went and still not done...wouldn't recommend

1 star is too high of a rating. If you appreciate communication, follow up, accountability, and accesability, this is not the pool company for you. After investing 8 months worth of time, a signed contract, and several unreturned calls, messages, and e-mails, I now have to start the hunt for a pool company over again. I could not recommend a company less than this one. This is the first negative review I've ever left for a company.
