I received a succulent from my step-daughter for Mother's Day, which was promptly picked up and returned... I was told because she had complained. She DID NOT complain, and was treated HORRIBLY by the woman she spoke to when she called to inquire. The woman informed her that she (my daughter) had called from Maine and left a voicemail expressing her displeasure with the arrangement she ordered. I have ordered here 1ce before and live on the South Shore. Had a delivery for my parents 35th anniversary so I bought blind but they had done an AMAZING JOB!!! I couldnt have of been happier when I saw photos of the bouquet I ordered. And- delivery to Hubbardston! Winning!! Beautiful talent and prices are very, very reasonable! Recommend making them your personal florist.
