Very disappointing experience with Artistic Pavers. It is extremely rare for me to leave a negative review. I generally prefer to address problems directly with a company and give them every opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, our experience with Artistic Pavers has been disappointing enough that I feel compelled to share it. We selected Artistic Pavers after seeing their product at the Orlando Pool Show and were particularly impressed with the Granitelock rectified pavers. Worst communication and customer service I have experienced in many many years. Shipment dates promised and missed over and over. Our customers are getting very irritated on being delayed and delayed - 3 months worth. If this keeps up a good product, which they have, will not save the business!!
Todd and Steve are very knowledgeable and have a great product.
