Wow the staff there have no clue of anything if I could give lest than one star, i had the first appointment and everything was fine ntill the call me and let me know that my insurance approved them then I came to the appointment oh surprised!! Sorry your insurance doesn't cover because blablabla BS I took the day off because this and so incompetent personal didn't called me to let me know in advance. There is a lot of places like this tired of people and places in Vegas :(
This orthodontist office is a HUGE JOKE. BEWARE AND STAY FAR AWAY. THE ONLY THING THIS GOOFY, WEIRD, INCOMPETENT ORTHODONTIST INTERESTED IN IS MONEY. I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS OFFICE YOUR BUSINESS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOU WILL NOT GET EXCELLENT CARE IF YOU VISIT THIS ORTHODONTIST OFFICE. I CAN NOT POST UNLESS I GIVE ONE STAR, THEIR NOT EVEN WORTH IT.
I called to continue with my orthidonist treatment. The receptionist said I had to have my braces removed and have a complete overhaul!!! I just cancelled my appointment. I never heard of such a thing in my life .
