I have been trying to get them to hold up their end of the contract to fix shifted pavers in my patio. This was supposed to be a lifetime guarantee. No response after NUMEROUS texts and calls. Horrible customer service. Especially disappointing considering I paid quite a bit for the work in the first place.

This contractor is flaky and unreliable! He never showed up for the appointment, didn’t call back, and didn’t even apologize when I called back later. This is unbelievable—how can you trust a contractor who doesn’t care about the customer at all?!

Rhett Goslar, President, entered into a contract with me on or about Sept. 21, 2018. The job was for over 40K altogether. He even warranted all plants for one year. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I was pleased and told him that I would like to have him back to complete the other side of my property.
