We unfortunately worked with Mark and his crew. We had terrible communication from them through out the entire project. They started 3 weeks late and took over twice as long as he quoted us. He miscalculated how much sod we needed for the project we requested. He then tried to make it seem like he was doing us a favor by getting more. He then tried to leave us with a terribly steep hill off our patio. He told us it was about $3k more to fix. We negotiated to $1k more making this a $12,600 project.
