I would never recommend this garden store.
I've always used this place for inspiration. You have to check out their cultivated garden. The tree selection there is enviable. Artistic indeed. They put great effort to save and develop disease tree to experiment for the Ottawa growing condition. So if your tree here is suffering, they have decades of hands on experience to guide you to making a healthy recovery. On thing I do miss is they use to have a huge selection of mature tree. Even though I wasn't directly a customer of Artistic Landscape Designs, I was able to witness the level of customer service, when one of their new truck drivers accidentally damaged my driveway when delivering a load for my neighbors project. I would like report that when the problems arose, Martin and his team Oliver handled the situation immidiately on the same day. Oliver came out, and made repairs to the damaged driveway.
