They never answer the phone; it's as if they screen every call. Playing phone tag or communicating through text is time consuming. They claim that they can't give details on when work will be done but other people that use them get emails with updates. Jonathan wants to charge us extra "to schedule around our house" when all I'm asking is to know when to anticipate their arrival to have our yard cleared of kid toys, pool, dog poop. This wasn't such an issue when asked last year but this year it's an extra charge I guess.
I had this service come and bid trimming 3 of my Oak trees. The are not in the easiest of positions to trim. These guys, came in, gave a more than fair bid. While I anxiously waited for the season to change for them to trim them, they never asked for a deposit, came and trimmed the trees without any issues, didn't leave a huge mess, and were very easy to pay as they sent an invoice.
