Called them in for our bathroom renovations. Joe came in and I thought we had a very warm and friendly conversation- All measurements were taken and I was told I will get the quote in 4-5 days. I didn’t hear from him and then followed up after 2 weeks. He apologised saying he got sick and couldn’t revert and will get back to me with quotes in a day.
