I am beyond thrilled with my newly done eyebrows, done by Celia at Artistic Hair Design! She took all the time needed to make sure I was confident and comfortable with the process she thought best for my particular issue. I have almost no natural eyebrows left and am very self conscious about it. I have spent so much money and time on makeup to temporarily make myself look the way I want.
