I have been going to the most fancy and expensive salon in rochester, (scott miller salon) they are great and all but my friend goes to artistic hair, she drives like 30 minutes to this place to get her hair done, anyways i went with her one day to get high-lights and low-lights, and it came out fricking awesome. The colorist is amazing. I love my hair. I found the best salon in a little town, who would think!!! They really try to give you what you want, im so glad i found this place.
