My new favorite local florist! The arrangements are gorgeous! Great customer service.
I've been using them for a couple years now. In that time I've only had one small issue come up. Flowers were delivered earlier than expected. Without hesitation, the owner made the situation better, and explained how the minor mistake happened. They have gained a future customer. I really appreciate the fantastic customer service as well as the beautiful flowers and plants that I have purchased
Ordered flowers but received more plants then flowers. The website showed a beautiful bouquet of flowers, but what was received was made up of more green/plant then flowers. I surly would not have paid $89.99 for plants. Very disappointed!
They went up and beyond expectations! When I called, she was so helpful and made a recommendation to use a taller vase to make more of a presentation. And it was at NO extra charge! So nice to see why small businesses are the absolute best for customer care! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
