Service & quality that is above and beyond! I don’t live in Ocean Shores and send flowers and chocolates to my mom usually twice a year. I’m always impressed by Brenda and Artistic Floral Designs. She gets arrangements put together and delivered quickly and everything looks so amazing! This business treats customers like they have stiff competition in the area, but there are few florists. That level of service is rare these days. I cannot say enough nice things about them. <3
I thought I would give them another try but definitely disappointed once again. I ordered the blooming violet basket and received a small vase of flowers for my mother on Mothers Day. No call, no email, no explanation why it was different from what I ordered.
Brenda did a wonderful job creating a beautiful bouquet for my mom for my parents' vow renewal ceremony. I shared that my mom had roses in her original bouquet and Brenda did the rest to create a gorgeous, stand-out bouquet.
