We are currently in dispute with Artistic Surrounds. Placed an order in February 2014 the work has not been completed and we have not received any response to our multiple requests to cancel the work and refund our deposit. We also are filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau along with the Maryland State Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. We are also proceeding with a small claims action to get our deposit back. I would not do business with this company. Angie's list reviews are not that great either... read more
wish I'd read the other review. Would give minus stars if it were possible! Fortunetly we haven't had work done just put a deposit and were supposedly told we could think about it and change options - asked for deposit return, am being told they've ordered a firegate door so can't get refund for that portion ( they have not mentioned the other part of deposit despite several requests) - yet they don't send the paperwork for the door which I am obviously disputing - I won't use them but it looks like we'll be taking a trip to... read more
Don't bother. The fireplaces are not well installed and the customer service is horrible. If you have any problems, good luck getting them back to your job.
