Would give a negative if I could. They took us for a financial ride. Gave us an allowance for things which couldn't cover even the cheapest item so we ended up paying for our own quality appliances and fixtures. The architctural design was done well, but when I saw something I did not like BEFORE construction, I was charged a huge amount for changes and charged for their installment mistakes to fix a problem they did. Tom and Nancy at Artistic Design Build Inc. have been a amazing to work with on our back yard patio/deck/landscaping. Nancy was a true visionary, listening to our thoughts and ideas and putting them to paper. She recommended great materials that both looked nice and stayed within our budget. Overall this company is just one of the best! Tom Mammen is extremely easy to work with and really tries to create the vision you have in mind in a friendly non pushy very honest way! We would certainly use this company again for any needs we have related to our home. I will definitely recommend to everyone I know we need.
