While in the middle of a dental procedure I started to have a panic attack because he was hurting me and the chair was so far back my feet were higher than my head. This was causing me to have breathing issues. While in my mouth with a drill, I raised my finger to signal I needed him to stop so l could sit up. He stopped, I sat up and expressed that I was having a panic attack. After a few seconds I gathered my composure and laid back in the chair.
