They need to learn more about GEMoney The sales staff were helpful and friendly. The furniture was delivered as promised. I plan on doing more business with them in the future but they need to learn a bit more concerning the GEMoney finance company they deal with as I found it nearly impossible to make a payment online and the Art Van people didn't seem too concerned with my problem.
WHEW, the Prices You expect to pay high prices for great furniture but everytime I have dealt with this company I have had to return items because of damage. I bought a $1500.00 table and chair set and it took 12 weeks for the chairs to come in. I was told it was be less than 2 weeks. I already had the table at my house along with loaner chairs and did not want to get rid of my table. So I patiently waited. I am more often disappointed than happy when shopping there.
Popular chain for a reason! They are quite low pressure (which I like) and have a very good selection of decent furniture. The clearance store has plenty of bargains. I got a very nice entertainment center for about 1/2 price because it had a scratch on the side. Their artwork and knick knacks are outrageously pricey, but the furniture is good quality and reasonable. Very friendly salespeople without being obnoxious. :)
