Where do I begin?! The entire process from start to finish was incredible. Elaine is so talented at what she does. She is organized, creative and beyond talented. Every aspect of the party with Artistic Decor was fully transparent with upfront costs and ons, there were no surprises (only pleasant surprises of how wonderful the event was). Even the staff was amazing - so helpful and kind. Artistic Decor truly brings your vision to life! The space is perfect, will be coming back for any and all future events!
I’ve been debating writing this review for about a year, however I thought it worth mentioning now. The space itself is great and it’s nice that you can choose decor from several themes they have. The big issue was how unorganized the host was and the staff. The host was ordering table cloths for my event on uber less than two hours before we started so I couldn’t set anything up until they arrived even though we had discussed how we needed them. Warning to Prospective Renters: Review the Contract! We were excited to find this venue, which we initially discovered on TikTok, and proceeded through a full tour and multiple preparatory calls. Yet, when we received the booking contract, we found the terms to be exceptionally one-sided regarding liability. When searching for a venue for my daughter's baby shower, I was impressed with the excellent online reviews. From my first inquiry, it was evident that ADV is an extremely professional venue. The owner, Elaine is a visionary. I explained a bit of what I had in mind and her experience, expertise and suggestions won me over.
