I've tried to call with a question multiple times on different days of the week during business hours and always get a machine
Sloppy work. I brought in a drawing, mixed media(pastel, graphite, colored pencil, ink) and wanted to have a triple mat cut and also a piece of UV glass cut. The woman, I assume the owner, measured the frame I already had, then measured the drawing. Since I was dealing with a professional (I hoped), I was very surprised when she laid the tape measure down onto the actual surface of the drawing, rather than along the edge.
