Courteous customer service. The key take away is this. You can get gobos from a thousand different places but you can only get this quality customer care from ACG I ordered some gobos from Artistic Concept Group. However, I received the the wrong product. Now, I was worried because I was on a time crunch. However, Michael knew exactly what to do. With his calm, collected presence, Michael discovered the inciting typo and ordered me the correct product. Within three minutes, ACG provided a solution.

I had a wedding and was not allowed a DJ due to Covid-19 rules. I asked ACG to rent speakers and a mic loud enough for a room of 50 but small enough to fit in a car, and they took care of the rest. They were quickly able to teach me how to use the equipment, and gave me a single day rental charge, even though the only way I could pick it up is for the whole weekend. They responded quickly and efficiently over the phone when I had additional questions about the equipment. Great customer service and expertise.

ACG has and continues to be a great company to use for my lighting/AV needs. They are easy to work with and are very knowledgeable. They have also been a good partner with us in reaching the community and have donated there service to help Park Valley Church with their events! Thank you ACG!
